The body changes, in spite of ourselves.
The mind is in constant motion and the word
change does not adequately describe what
we were thinking about just a millisecond ago.
The heart however, can only be changed when the feelings
are in tune with the soul, the will of your Higher Power.
Today, accept the changes you see in God's world,
and make sure you adjust the feelings in your heart
to agree with God's will.
Today, keep your body healthy, your mind clean and let
your heart see and feel all of the kindness and love that
God has put into His world.
Happiness is feeling love in your heart.
Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
