Cry Me A River

"There
is a
sacredness
in tears.
They are
not the mark
of weakness,
but of power.
They speak
more
eloquently
than
ten thousand
tongues.
They are the
messengers
of overwhelming grief,
of deep contrition,
and of unspeakable love." ~ Washington Irving

Today, let it all hang out, shower others with kindness,

share a downpouring of love, be emotional and display the

feelings that will make this a day for which you will have

no regrets.

Tomorrow may be to late to show a kindness.

Tomorrow may be to late to say I love you.

Tomorrow may be to late to apologize for being a

person who is selfish and self-centered, impatient

and intolerant, mean, nasty and a basic pain in the neck.

Do it today and do it from the heart, with no selfish motives.

Today, be the person your Higher Power expects you to be.

Happiness is being drenched by tears of joy.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
