No Resentments

“Those

who are

free of

resentful

thoughts

surely

find

peace.” ~ Buddha

Resentments, as defined by Merriam-Webster, are:

"a persistent ill will at something regarded as a wrong,

insult, or injury."

A resentment is persistent only if you allow it to be.

A resentment needs a source, a reason a person who is

either mean or is just telling the truth.

If the source is a mean person, pray for them

that the may see the light, feel the love.

If the source is just pointing out the truth, accept the fact

and change what you must to give up the resentment.

A resentment , as regards, is your opinion or attitude and

can be changed if and when you want to change.

A resentment can divert you from your primary goal,

to do the will of your loving Higher Power.

Happiness is having only kind and peaceful thoughts.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
