Only our minds can create fear.

The mind that is under the influence of evil

thinks it has nothing to fear and believes that

by hiding in the dark it cannot be found.

When change is suggested, when one dares to step

into the light, fear rears it's ugly head and guilt and

shame rule the mind.

Love and trust,

a nice way to say faith in a Higher Power,

will supply the sweet juices that can nourish the

soul that is willing to grow and change.

Love and trust produce the sweet nectar that will

satisfy the thirst to do the next right thing.

Happiness is a glass of sweet juices at every meal.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
