every molecule in this world.

Be happy, do not debate, discuss, or argue, the nature of the

spirit within you or others, just chose to do the next right thing;

show by example that a Higher Power dwells inside of you.

Today, make friends with those who know kindness and love,

go only to places that are in harmony with your good thoughts and

do only those things that will make this world a better place for all.

Look inside of yourself and find the God of your understanding.

Happiness is feeling the love of the Spirit within you.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
