when your body, mind and soul are 

in balance and you are consciously 

striving to do the will of a loving Higher Power. 

 Things cannot create happiness. 

 Places cannot create happiness. 

 Only the loving family and friends who share 

 the things and places we have 

can bring us serenity, peace of mind, and happiness. 

True happiness is to give all the glory to the God who created all. 

 Happiness is in God. 

 Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
