Smile, say please, say thank you, hold the door,

let others go first, be willing to listen and truly hear

what others are saying without thinking about what

you are going to say and keep your problems between

you and God for everyone else has enough of their own.

The most important thing that God has given us is

this time that we have to live here on this earth,

in this body, so do not waste this time with mean,

selfish, self-centered or evil thoughts and actions.

Today, know that God will give you the chance

so make the choice to do the next right thing and

never waste an opportunity to be kind.

Happiness is never wasting a chance to be kind.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
