Do not fight back, fighting does not put you on equal grounds

with your enemy, it just drags you deeper into the emotional

black hole of self deception, jealousy, anger and hate.

Your enemy may be a person, place or thing, and

it does not matter who, what or where,

what matters is that you know yourself and

you are in a fit spiritual condition.

Today, before the enemy even shows its face, ask God

to lift your soul to the highest level so that you may be

of maximum service to self, others and your Higher Power.

Happiness is a soul that soars high above its enemies.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
