If you run your face into a wall over and over again

you will bleed over and over again.

If you do negative destructive things you will receive

negative consequences over and over again.

If you choose to be kind, to be loving, to do the will of God,

you can have your sanity restored.

Sanity is minding your own business, doing random acts

of senseless kindness and having faith that God will provide.

Love is not an insane repetition, love is doing

the next right thing, making the best choice,

every time God gives you a chance.

Had an insane moment, let go and let God,

know that you are forgiven, as long as you do not repeat

the insanity over and over.

Happiness is making the next sane choice, over and over.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
