Just because we did not get caught breaking any laws

of man does not mean that we have not been guilty

of abuses against the will of a Higher Power.

The sins we have been guilty of include the abuse of

our bodies by drinking poison, taking drugs, overeating,

under-eating, mutilation and perverse sexual practices.

We have emotionally harmed ourselves and others

by our selfish and self-centered actions, and we have not

been kind, or loving, nor patient and tolerant in a way

the God of our understanding would wish us to be.

If you wish not to feel the guilt and shame, just think of God.

Today, should you feel a little guilty, pray to your Holy Spirit

to request how you may best make amends and then go out

and do the next right thing.

Happiness is having a God who can relieve your guilt.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
