Grin And Bear It

Ills will happen and we must learn to mourn.

Mourning allows us to have a good cry for a good reason.

Mourning is a process that allows us to question why

but we must have the faith that only God knows why.

We must ask family and friends to help us stay in today

and help us to find the courage to bear our ills.

Mourning in advance is called worry and it can ruin

the chance to have perfectly good today.

Pray to your Higher Power to be lifted above our suffering

and be allowed to accept life on God's terms.

We must share our experience, strength and hope

with others so that the mourning may be completed.

Happiness is being able to grin and bear it.

Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
