Fail Better
"Try again.
Fail again,
Fail Better."
Samuel Beckett
This is not a review or a critique of the poet, dramatist,
Nobel laureate, Irish born, French writer Mr Beckett,
but just a thought brought to mind by the words
"Fail Better", that he used in his title.
Hundreds, if not thousands, of famous leaders, writers
and positive motivational speakers have espoused
the virtue of looking at every obstacle in life as an
opportunity to learn, an opportunity to move forward.
Today, try, try again and if you succeed, congratulations,
if not, learn from the lesson and try another way.
Remember, insanity is trying the same thing over an over
while expecting different results.
Happiness is knowing that failure can also be God's will.
Happiness is helping someone help themselves.
